� With its brilliant red bold fruity taste it makes an enchanting afternoon treat. If you find it a bit tart, add a little sugar. Serve it hot on a cold winter afternoon or as a 'love-it' ICE TEA on a hot summer day.
Just brew in hot water, allow to cool, add crushed ice and you have the coolest ICE TEA. Serve in tall glasses.

� Pre-heat your pot for about a minute with boiling water then discard this water. Scoop a teaspoon of tea per cup and place it in the heated pot. Bring water to a rolling boil for a few seconds and pour it over the tea. Brew for 3-4 minutes. Strain and serve.
To Make ICE TEA:
Brew as explained above, allow to cool, add crushed ice and you have your ICE TEA. Serve in tall glasses.
