� Pre-heat your pot for about a minute with boiling water then discard this water. Scoop a teaspoon of tea per cup and place it in the heated pot. Bring water to a rolling boil for a few seconds and pour it over the tea. Brew for 3-4 minutes. Strain and serve.
To Make ICE TEA:
Brew as explained above, allow to cool, add crushed ice and you have your ICE TEA. Serve in tall glasses.
