Pre-heat your pot for about a minute with boiling water then discard this water. Scoop a teaspoon of tea per cup and place it in the heated pot. Bring water to a rolling boil for a few seconds and pour it over the tea. Brew for 2-3 minutes. If you prefer you may add a little milk or lemon juice and sweeten the tea with sugar or honey. Strain and serve.�
