Returns & Claims

Returns are only accepted for orders shipped to addresses in Canada and USA. We apologize that we cannot accept returns from destinations outside mainland USA. All International orders are treated as ‘final sale’ and are non-returnable or refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know your concerns. We'll do our best to make you happy. If you have received a damaged or incorrect sample of tea, please email us at customerservice@petitetea.com. All teas and tea ware that have been opened and/or used are nonreturnable. If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference (for example, you decided that herbals are not your cup of tea), you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us. Simply e-mail us at customerservice@petitetea.com, mention your order number and items you wish to return to us. We will guide you through the process and will generate a return label. For all items accepted by us for return you will have a choice of received store credit, a refund on your credit card, or a replacement.

All International orders with shipping addresses outside mainland USA may be subject to custom duties or other charges in the destination country. Any such cost shall be payable by the buyer.
