Pre-heat your pot for about a minute with boiling water then discard this water. Scoop a teaspoon of tea per cup and place it in the heated pot. Bring water to a rolling boil for a few seconds and pour it over the tea. Brew for 1-2 minutes. Strain and serve. 

This mid afternoon tea is best enjoyed without any accompaniments.
