Place one Tea Stick in a cup. Bring water to a rolling boil for a few seconds and pour it over the Tea Stick in the cup. Brew for 3-4 minutes. If you prefer you may add a little milk or lemon juice and sweeten the tea with sugar or honey. Serve.
