Spindly, twisted tea black tea and crushed green strawberry leaves.
Character / Liquor
Dark goldenish brown liquor with rich aromatic black currant flavor. 

 

Pre-heat your pot for about a minute with boiling water then discard this water. Scoop a teaspoon of tea per cup and place it in the heated pot. Bring water to a rolling boil for a few seconds and pour it over the tea. Brew for 2-3 minutes. If you prefer you may add a little milk or lemon juice and sweeten the tea with sugar or honey. Strain and serve. 

This aromatic black tea goes well with most cakes but it particularly pairs very well with freshly baked scones.
